Youth Program
Each one, teach one. This African American proverb is a timeless reminder that our duty to educate does not just extend to each other as peers but, most importantly, to the generations that follow. Our inaugural program focuses on our African Diasporan youth ages eight to fourteen, or youth in grades 3-8.
We meet on Saturdays from 3 pm to 5 pm at the South Dallas Cultural Center Library located at 3400 S Fitzhugh Ave, Dallas, TX 75210
“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.”
— Barack Obama
